Shipping Policy – Kollectiv Apparel

At Kollectiv Apparel, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across [list countries or regions – e.g., the United States, Canada, UK, etc.].

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Kollectiv Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

  • If your address is undeliverable, we will contact you to resolve the issue before shipping.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided

💬 Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at kollectivapparel@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note we are not liable for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
